Nah North Korea just like to fire out hot air, they love to rant.
If there is a WW3 within the next 20 years then it will start in that part of the world, USA will back Japan, South Korea & Tawian no matter what happens, China and Russia will support North Korea..
But the chance of a WW3 is slim, then again anything can happen in the future, they said WW1 was the war to end all wars...
