I just don't see the point of spending money and going to a concert where the singer doesn't even sing live. I mean, listening to the album at Home is basically the same thing.

Exactly. I am not denying that a Britney show might be a great
show, but why worship Britney then? The stage designers, graphic artists, sound engineers backup crew, riggers, gaffers, wardrobe workers, make up artists and conceptual artists all mean more to the show than the hero worship girl who goes on stage to prance around. Your not buying a ticket to see an artist perform live, your buying a ticket to buy into a brand image that is being marketed towards you.
