I assume by your name that you may prefer French Cuisine? Well thats not much better.

Italian, now thats a real food.
Spanish, love the tapas idea. I like loads of flavours.

Westernised Chinese food, again I like many dishes and pick from each.

English food isnt that great as a whole, especially the love of offal and odd meats. I saw some pigs trotters in a shop recently.

Oh, and maybe the first person to make a crisp sandwich wasn't British, as such it wouldnt be part of are culinary arts.
