Rubbish. Their has been no CONCLUSIVE scientific verification on anything you have said about Cannabis. For every report saying what you have just said, their is another saying otherwise. Reports and studies do not = fact.

So if a substance damages DNA (a mutagen), it must be a carcinogen... right? wrong. Without getting too far into it, there are several kinds of DNA mutations that occur every day. Some are not as bad as others, and our cells have several "check points" when reproducing to correct any mistakes in DNA. If the DNA cannot be repaired the cell self-destructs and does not undergo mitosis (cell division). To allude to the conclusion that because a substance is a mutagen that it is a carcinogen is just not true and misleading.

You cant stop people from smoking a plant that grows naturally, and you cant uphold Cannabis illegality as being a CREDIBLE concept when their are more dangerous drugs that are LEGAL. If people are going to smoke it anyway, which they will, because prohibition has failed [another FACT], then you may as well facilitate it.

Cannabis automaticaly becomes safer if you legalise it. And that is a fact. The criminal element and the contamination element involved both outweigh any possible carinogenic element. The MEDICAL BENEFITS of the plant also outweigh any possible harm it could do. They dont have medicinal marijuana for nothing. Plus if it were legalsied they could simply sell it in food product form. No inhalation.

And unless you hang around smokers all day, please, stop overhyping this whole second hand smoke rubbish. What about people who get tanked on alcohol and jump on people or bottle them? Or beat their wives? Or knock over children with cars? Are they not infringing on the rights of others?

Besides, to begin with, Cannabis is not illegal because of health. It was ushered into being banned before any conclusive evidence for it's harm came out. It was banned based on the fact that it was an apparently insanity inducing drug that would make you jump out windows and kill your girlfriend for a 'fix'. It was banned because, well, it was in trade with Mexicans and Blacks. It was banned in America based on racist philosophies. It has been kept banned due to various lobbyist from the Tobacco, Alcohol and Oil industrys, who would all lose a share of profits if a benign, non toxic plant that induces a relatively mild effect on the body could both be used for food, enjoyment and as a source of fibre, energy and raw material for the future.

People seemed to smoke it for hundreds and thousands of years and live to old, healthy ages perfectley fine, until the turn of the 20th century. Fuck, what a coincidence!

It is also banned due to the fact that it simply did not fit in with some power-mongers view of the world. Alcohol is a very masculine, materialist drug that centers on the ego. Cannabis is more innocent. We cant have people going around smoking Cannabis perhaps realising they dont need all the shit the government tries to peddle to them, do we?

How are world governments meant to sell us products, mobilise us into armies to fight on their behalf, and defend nuclear budgets when people can grow plants for free in their homes, lay on the grass, and just muse ''Man ... I love ... EVERYTHING''.

Cure your ignorance. Because ignorance is a killer. A much bigger killer than a plant that you cannot overdose on and that acts on the system by utilising existing receptors that are already present in our systems could ever hope to be.

Religion, racism, knives, boiling kettles, boxes of paracetamol, vending machines, sharks and falling coconuts all > Cannabis in terms of danger.
