Face to face doesn't have the same effect anymore. Give them 2 minutes each to nominate, then show them to everyone on streaming (ideally after they've been given alcohol
). Don't tell them who is up, let them work it out for themselves
When its face to face its "oh we have to vote for someone" and "I'm sorry babes you know I love you but I have to pick at small reasons". That would all be out the window if they never show them.
They should do them live every week I think.
