Alex

Where do I start, the only housemate I can truly say I disliked. I also really resent the amount of editing C4 did to keep Alex in the house. It really left a nasty taste in my mouth the amount of pro-Alex editing, and anti whoever was up for nomination against him, was done it was unprecedented.

When Alex was drunk as much as it pains me to say it he was occasionally funny. But his whining wasn't funny to me, I know a lot of people loved it though. His reasons for nominations where pathetic, I'd rather someone nominate me for being loud and annoying then peeing in the shower.

Alex was also manipulative, on numerous occasions, not in terms of nominations more with the 'group dynamics'. When it became obvious Tim was going, he knew he would be the 'outsider'. So he manipulated the argument with Jade on the 70's night. So that Jade became the outsider, Jade was the victim that night. We all know Jade had been 2-faced (egged on by Adele) but why bring this up on that night? Alcohol fuelled?, or just a manipulative manoeuvre? I also don't feel Alex was as naive as people said he was.

If you have ever read my posts you will know that Jonny was one of my least favourite housemates. However Alex said he didn't like Jonny because he played up to the cameras, which is exactly what he did, both Jonny and Alex were the Kings of playing up to the cameras. Alex is a hypocrite. Everybody loves the 'scene' were Alex is singing behind the door, is this not one of his many examples of playing up to the cameras.

He was also hyper aware of the cameras, he said he tried not to smoke when important events were happening in the house, as he didn't want his mummy and daddy to see him smoking. Poor poppy!

He and Tim are in my opinion are a by product of Thatcherism. Alex oozes arrogance and smarminess. When it comes to Alex I am very very cynical!
