Depends if their immune system is weakened enough. If they catch it early enough, it will probably be fine, or if they have a strong immune system regardless of the AIDs.
Atm, if my mum gets it.... it's pretty much as dangerous as it can get, cos she has a self-attacking immune system.

My cousins had it since he was 13, hes 30-odd now.
I thinks its weird how some people come close to death to things and others dont even realise they have it.
I never really get ill.
