Not a lot CC100. She says she never really got to know him cos he was always distant and aloof and didnt seem to want to mix with them. He wasnt very touchy feely or romantic with Helen and they didnt see each other that much. She thought it was very casual and was surprised when he mentioned engagements. She also says she thought they were on the verge of breaking up as they were having a rough time. Thought he only got keen when he realised he wasnt getting his own way. She says he got on the phone ranting to her and Rhoda about Paul and Helen when they were getting close saying she would be getting a son-in-law from Reading (We are still holding out for that one!!!) Basically she thought he was a nice bloke but too serious and too old for Helen and that they were not a good match.
She also says she had never seen Helen act the way she did with Paul, especially not with Gavin. Hope that gives you an idea.
