Probably. She used to be a BBC presenter a while back, doing some music show on BBC2. She's from the North East (I've resisted saying that she's a Geordie, for fear of offending any). There may be a 'y' (Jayne) in her name though, I'm not too sure as I've seen it spelt both ways. I think she has a radio show now, too.
