Rules
1.I do Banners, Icons and Colourings.
2.When requesting please post the pictures and text you want on your banner/avatar.
3.Also please put any other colours or features you want.
4.Please only use the banners on tibb.
5.Anyone may request. Large post count = not necessary.
6.Requests should be done quickly, unless I'm out.
