It's a genuine question, I want to know why his fans like him.
OK, seeing as you seem to be quite troubled about it. We like Freddie because he is constantly being picked on by Kris, Lisa, Karly and many others (though not so frequently), and he is constantly up for eviction.

Now you have to remember that this national television we're talking about, and everybody can see that he is treated like a sexually transmitted disease. Yet..... he still continues to play the game regardless. He hasn't gone crying to mummy. He hasn't threatened to leave, and he hasn't changed his personality in order to be liked.

Now, doesn't that suggest to you that he is a strong character and should be respected accordingly? I do.
