As a lover of Canada and all things Canadian, I'm disappointed in your summary. Marcus is simply an insensitive bully who gets off on making lewd remarks about girls young enough to be his daughters. He is a disgusting individual who wouldn't know respect for anything or anybody even if it bit him on the ass.
