Basically the other HMs think he is weird and sometimes comes off as patronising, even though (as they themselves have admitted) he doesn't mean to be. Basically he has done nothing wrong, certainly nothing to deserve the treatment he's been getting. The most recent reason given of annoyance from Freddie was that "he says hi to everyone" and that "he's always in the same room as other people!" I'd say being open about how you feel should be a good thing.
