Tries to make out that she is the houses "mother" figure who all hm's can confide in. Think she is a really nasty piece of work who is trying to stay under the radar she just puts ideas into other peoples minds then sits back and watches! I also think the majority of the hm's are scared of her especially the girls she looks like a left over 80's football hooligan who'd like nothing more than a good scrap???
