To me, it didn't really matter whether Siavash was lying or not (highly doubt he was lying giving those two's pasts). What pissed me off was he was trying to be friendly and confided in her, and she then turns right around and goes tattling not 5 minutes later and dropping his name.

Noirin knew exactly what she was doing when she went into that bedroom. Siavash gave her all the ammo she needed to be able to get in good with the nasties, along with causing huge drama in the house, and she took the opportunity. She even threw in the fake reluctance to drop Siavash's name when they started asking who had said it. I was quite neutral towards Noirin up until this point, but after the crap she pulled, she is on my hate list. She took the easy way out in my book. I got a feeling after what took place, if she's ever up for eviction, she'll soon be on her way out.
