This isn't the first time Sophie has blown a remark out of all proportion.

She did the same with Halfwit a couple of days ago after being locked in the bathroom - she went round the whole house saying "he swore on my Chihuahua's life!" over and over again. On that occasion no-one took any notice of her, but I got the impression that she was trying to instigate a bitch-fest.
