I'm with the Paul camp. He was tried to stay so composed under very difficult circumstances (he kept seeing Helen on the monitor), he was honest but still remained respectful of Helen and he was obviously shocked and amazed at all the press coverage.

I think his was the most honest and open interview of them all. His emotions were all there on show and he didn't bother to hide them again, except for when he saw Helen - he tried to remain very 'stiff upper lipped' - bless him!
