I wouldnt know where to put it on this forum...
Like on my other one i write down my diet measurments etc...
Then each day say what ive trained and how heavy...
Then like 2 - 3 months later i check measurements again and regularly post what weight im at.
Along with pointing out personal bests and my strength to weight ratio.
and then pictures of training or body every now and again.
Its great you get loads of positive feedback makes you feel great.
But like i said, this forum wouldnt take it it i dont think, id be posting on my own lol.
