The thing is, she's been involved with that group because of Kris and feels like she belongs there. It's all she knows, plus she's afraid of 'crossing waters' because she's ingrained with the idea that 'it's not her' and that she's too cool for them.
It took a dim person like Rodrigo to tell her that she can at least be friends with everyone and not stick so rigidly to the group dynamics of the house! This scenario is evident with Charlie too, he has a lot in common and enjoys the company of Rodrigo/Freddie/Siavash, but still feels a part of Lisa's group.
A lot of this bonding stemmed way back from the Saffia days. It really wasn't about smoking and b*tching back then. But Lisa held the torch from there onwards and dictated things her way.

Depends what she does now that Karly is going. I think Lisa will draw her further into her when Karly leaves which obviously won't do her any favours.
I don't care for her one little bit and would rather see her go above Karly.
