Now according to a source of encore,I honestly don`t believe in this source but still I decided to post it,so whatever lol

"The user "mariket" from our fourm Encore,that lives in Polona said that the info that ticket master delivered to Britney`s team was that they couldn`t get an agreement with the safety meassures of the place,and that is the reason why the concert was canceled,but the money from the tickets haven`t being returned yet because the conversations will rebuild today to confirm if the concert could happen anyway.Tomorrow there will be a confirmation if they could reach or not an agreement,and if they don`t,the date will be canceled and the money will be returned.
