I've been hoping for something like this for the past 12 months! I did get the sun BB5 DVD - but it was rubbish.
Aparently there wasn't a book - according to Shell - because of the possability of legal action over the 'fight-night' fiasco. the police were not going to charge anyone but there was a possibility of civil action - so it was not possible to publish a book.
ps. not sure if the legal action ivolved the lack of responsibility shown by the producers or not - perhaps that is why there was no book and DV
