Default Ringing in the ear, buzzing tinitus?

Hey this wont affect or apply to most of you kids, but maybe some here who know what im on about.

Last week I developed ringing or buzzing in the ear kinda like when you hear a big bang and it rings for a while, only its been constant and yeh im really sacred aboutit as its serious and im worried it maybe a permanant aka Tinituss.

You can get this if you listen to loud music and are are loud noises, construction, concerts, music, shouting loudly, fireworks, guns for long hours for maybe years or less depending on individuals.

I have 2 12 subs in the car and is only thing I can think of, but I havnt used them for a long time and dont know why how I got it.

Known cases include Build up of ear wax so if you have it do this 1st get it checked, then mayb sight chance of tumour or ear infection if its hurting. Also known causes are medicine side affects or air pressure change most of wich shouldnt last.

But yeh those cases wich dont go away are knows as Tinnitus, I warn you kids this is serious if you do have loud really loud noises around you prolonged you could get this and itl drive you mad!

I hope my is ear infection or wax build up if not id rather it be a killer tumour as no ways Id be able to live with this nor would I want to.

Any one had this before?
