All teaching staff and classroom assistants are spending 2 days [1night] in an hotel for :
Staff Bonding 
Activities to include hill walking !
He is NOT impressed. Then into school with children the next day. He would much rather spend the time preparing at school as would the others !!
Their's is not to reason why ....etc.
