Smoking itself has not been banned. But smoking in the airspace of others who do not wish to inhale smoke has.
To those that say they have a right to smoke anywhere..i say this:
You smoke..the product of this is smoke which you say you have a right to breathe out onto me.
I drink..the product of which is urine. Is it ok if i p**s on your head.
