To answer the reactionary element on this forum.
All housemates wanted something from BB, whether it was booze, treats or fags. Some tried to create a situation where BB would respond and provide what they wanted. They engaged in behaviour that was admittedly foolish and unplanned….but at least they were doing something. The Miserables (Lisa, Rodrigo and karly), were quick to back off, fearing they might get into trouble with BB. However you could see the expectant look on their faces, hoping that something may have been accomplished, albeit without their involvement.

If the livelier housemates had succeeded, the miserables would have been the first to expect their share of the goodies. Those are the people who deserve contempt, not the ones who at least tried something.

In case any reactionaries haven’t realised yet, all the “privileges and rights” we all take for granted were brought into being by the energy and determination of others to be made to happen. Think of the suffragettes, unions, better pay and conditions etc. If it were left to the reactionaries and miserabilists, we’d still have women not able to vote and children working up chimneys.

In short, the livelier housemates were engaging in an old tradition of challenging and revolting against what they don’t like. Not just becoming bad tempered and irritable like the miserabilists, Lisa and Rodrigo.

It was all in fun, no one was injured but the boring , dull and craven miserabilists were shown for who they are.
