0. It's just a scare for publicity and ratings. We Americans already suffered the mass news and it's nothing. The only people effected are young with moderately well to poor immune systems and people who are recovering a serious ailment or not in tip top shape of health. Not many will die. It's a joke.
After all, influenza does kill 50,000 people a year or so and no one fears that. It's a very small concern.
