Since there's 5 of them, it shouldn't be too hard for a few to go to different housemates and say that Noirin/Freddie had been bitching about them or had done something horrible. You have 4 people to back you up that you're telling the 'truth'. For Freddie, they could drop hints about him not being as popular as he/they think with the public. None of that guarantees nomination though.

I do think that it will be pretty damn hard to fix that sort of result. If she'd picked out Marcus or Lisa's name, I don't think the task would have been that much of a challenge.
