Noirin does have feelings for Tom.
BUT she realised that it meant that her friendship with Marcus would be over and she'd go back to being a pointless boring HM. So now shes getting back into his good books. No doubt she'll show her affections for Tom again and will be foundout for the 2faced nunce she really is!
