Not sure. I think it was only just leaked today, and he recently released an EP (called "Songs For Sorrow", had 4 songs on it) so I imagine it'll be a while. September or something?

Mika's second studio album, We Are Golden, is set to be released on 21 September, 2009.[18] Mika returned to Los Angeles to work again with producer and musician Greg Wells, who also produced his debut album Life In Cartoon Motion[19].
