It doesn't really make sense if you just replace the word "Ken" with "Marcus" now, does it? I have a feeling you didn't understand the original joke... it was based on the song "Ben" by MJ... Ben rhymes with Ken.
Furthermore, the lyrics are specific to that of Kenneth... i.e. the bodyguards....
