I don't really see why Bea would have much influence on Freddie's popularity. I can see why people who don't want HM romances might go off him. But to be frank, HM romances only really get annoying when BB obsesses about them so much that it's pretty much all they show, which isn't the case with Freddie and Bea... yet! I just hope it doesn't get to that point, because then he really will lose support.
