The way he pathologically obsesses over Noirin, the way he has tried to break her down and create a dependence situation where she needs him. the way he steps in to control her interaction with other housemates in a divide and conquer way. The way he lurks in the background in plain view when she talks to other guys, attempting to intimidate them into leaving her alone, his ideal would be a situation where she has no other friends in the house but him, her confidence being dependent on his input.
