Well, it could be done rather easily, spread out over 10 people, you could get 250k. Give them each 5% and you're left with 125k yourself.
The hard part would be planning ahead, that should PP or another bookie make that bet available after Ken entered the house, to let Ken know to go ahead and do it.
How would that information get communicated to Ken?
More importantly, who would be on the hook for that money if Ken didn't receive the information and failed to exit on time.
Interesting topic, but I think it's a bit too much for them (Ken & Co.) to pull off successfully.
