Maybe she is trying to convince herself (this whole time) that she doesn't like Siavash, so has been telling herself "I love my EX, I love my EX, I love my EX."
She certainly has been saying it a lot, almost too much, IMHO!
So now, it seems she has been trying NOT to like Siavash, not wanting to like someone in the house. Makes sense now (I think).
