I don't understand the lack of love for David.

People say he is vile because of either hanging around with Lisa, or his voice and appearance. Both are poor reasons IMO.

David deserves more respect. He is such a genuine guy with bags of enthusiasm for playing the game (unlike many others). He is also very funny, memorable, and has lots of character. And importantly he is genuinely a nice guy that's down to earth and seems to get on with the other HMs too.

However, in the public eye he doesn't seem that popular.

Just because he hangs around with Lisa from time to time does NOT make him a bad person. Plus, he is trying to get on with everyone, not just Lisa. If you don't like Lisa, don't like her, but you cannot dislike somebody for hanging around with Lisa as that's a bit unfair.

I'm suprised that David doesn't have more fans. That's just my opinion anyway, and I hope he will grow on people.
