Just found this story from day 4 . Siavash was talking to Ciaron and he said this to him.
"That Noirin girl is exactly my type of girl," replied Siavash, getting an ecstatic "YES!" from his companion. He continued, "but you know, I've got a girl outside, so..."
So the relationship Shivash may of been putting on to her may of been true all along.
