Maybe not in your case - but many of those mad Marcus fans out there have been way over the top with their abusive language towards her - in a way they wouldn't do to guys.
The BB experience is a once in a lifetime experience. Noirin is young and wants to have as much fun as possible. Don't they all - isn't that the name of the game?
She may not be the nicest person in the world - but she does not deserve that sort of abuse.
In my book, Marcus has behaved much worse - but does he get called slut, ***** etc. Of course not.
On the one hand - men like to portray themselves as strong, unemotional beings, can take it on the chin type of mentality-but when a woman they barely know rejects them - suddenly they become weak, pathetic victims being toyed with by these awful predatory women.
It is an unreasonable response - based on fear - and has everything to do with gender.
