Yeah, utterly patronising.
I see it as a post to counter anybody saying he is game playing. He basically comments on all the points that people have stated indicate Freddie's game playing behaviour by saying it's Freddie's dyslexia causing this.
I think it's completely a new low from friends and family to interject and manipulate people.
