Even if Noirin stays this is a bad idea. If shes with him she wont want to hang around Marcus or Siavash and maybe even Freddy. All the two of them will do is hang in the bedroom away from everyone else,whispering to each other. Hira will probably end up getting more camera time than Noirin and Issac hiding from all of Noirins past indiscretions.
