Can anyone from Dublin verify 'frigger' as a slang term used here?

Yes. Frig as a verb was very common - I can't say I recall 'frigger' so much, but 'frigging' for w*nking and 'frig off' instead of '****** off' were very common.
I don't know exactly where in Dublin Noirin is from - but unless it was one of the posh parts I'd say 'frigger' with the main meaning 'masturbator' is entirely possible. But, see my above post, I also would not put it past her classmates to be fully aware of the rhyming implication. But not the 'Free N*****' suggestion that is being made here. Not in Dublin 10 to 15 years ago. We simply didn't have the cultural diversity back then for that meaning to be known amongst kids.
