Actually Kissy we can,
I live close to the border ( Northern Ireland) so could if I wanted to ,haven't yet this year.
alot of people from the republic travel north of the border to do their weekly shopping as the prices are much cheaper.

I was pointing out that it is possible for Irish people to vote.
