I think Marcus wants Noirin to run into his arms, saying "Oh Marcus, I adore you - I have missed braiding your long hair and bald patch; I've missed you telling me what to do - when to exercise - when to play karate - who to talk too - who to vote for etc - just take me in your arms and tell me you want me".
Well that is never going to happen. Marcus wants to win; he wants the limelight and he honestly thinks the public feel sorry for him.
