If Siavash hears Noirin saying she just wants hugs and kisses from him and he still wants to jump into bed with her then he knows what he is getting himself into.

Siavash joined in with Noirin and said that they are just friends and Noirin said friends with benefits. My guess is that he gets the benefits in her bed. They are both in this together. Siavash himself said that there were many girls after him before he went into the house and there will be many more when he leaves. He is making the concious decision to go into her bed.
