(theory) Could Noirin Be an Actress?
This is a bit far-fetched i Know, but it seems a bit unlikely that she has managed to naturally tangle herself with so many different men, perhaps she was sent in just to cause trouble.
At least it would fit with that statemaent "someone is not who they say they are"
