No - she also called him a pikey. Her and Freddie both proceeded to have a smug little laugh about Lisa's life and the fact that she is on benefits when Freddie is as much a scrounger as she is as he he doesn't have a job.
It's blatant snobbism. Words like 'redneck' and 'pikey' imply someone of a low class.
