Pretty much the opposite, in my view. I think this year's Big Brother has been fantastic but it has been
despite the tasks. The narratives created by the Housemates have carried the show pretty much on their own.
The lack of live feed plus the general feeling that the producers are not really investing much in the show is damaging. But I do hope it returns next year.
