This crapola is appearing all over this forum. Charlie is a peacemaker. He hates conflict and does all he can to encourage people to mend fences. He always mends his own fences as well, when his well intentioned efforts have unfortunate consequences.
He never says anything about anyone or bout events behind peoples bcks that hie is not prepared to say to their faces. This is because his words are not intended to be hurtfu, but topromote harmony within the house. Hence why others refer to him as boring, as he tends to defuse bad feeling which some might see as making he house less exciting.
Note how the HMs appreciate him for this.
