It isnt illegal in this country and in some areas used to be quite common. In more remote or inaccessible areas. It used to be a very common practice in Norfolk and the Fens, oops bad example i suppose with all the ****tards in the original local populaces there. So long as it isnt repeated too often throughout a family it wont significantly increase any risk of genetic mutations.
