I think it goes to prove that he's not a gameplayer.
You have Bea who attaches herself to the MOST popular housemate the minute she walks in
Then you have David. Well that's a whole different story. Proves he hasn't got a gameplan because he most certainly wouldn't have attached himself to the LEAST popular housemate when he went in.
