You could try a proxy server.

If you’re using Internet Explorer, go to Internet Options in the Tools menu and click on the Connections tab.

Click on Lan Settings and click on the box next to Use a proxy server.

In the address box enter 213.106.214.10 and in the port box enter 80.

Make sure that Automatically detect settings is not ticked and click OK and OK again.

You might be able to get the Channel 4 site to work now.

If this doesn’t work try 194.202.251.138 port 8080 or 193.128.109.54 port 80
